Rides

I plan to start the ride from Riverside Metrolink to San Clemente closer too 7:00am. 7:30am with a group, and then drink refuel stops puts too much of a time constraint on the ride to have adequate end of ride food enjoyment before catching the 3:14pm train

Would it be better to ride the bike trail to the coast then to San Clemente? It's going to be 100 degrees in inland Orange County tomorrow
