A few people have stated that that after they selected their level of privacy, that their info was still posted. You still see all your info. It's others you do not see depending on what they select.

Instead of checking for Bill Green under membership, try clicking on "Contact Us" as he is listed under "Equipment and Merchandise". I cannot answer as to why Bill is not listed as that is his choice as it is for all members.
On a side note, the initial order has closed and there will be the ability to place a subsequent order. As far as price and availability, the order has not been shipped and prices have not yet been set.

I added Bill's email (equipment@rwbtc.org) to the page referenced. Hopefully that helps. We can not force people to put their info online, I do the best with what I have.

Please do not confuse the individual with the position. If you need to communicate with an officer of the club, be it equipment, the web, events, rides, etc. please use the "Contact Us' section on the left side of the page and your email will be sent to the proper person.
I would think that this would be tremendously easier than trying to look up someone in the membership directory...especially if they do not wish there information listed.

I have been out of touch for a week, as noted in a previous forum note from myself. My only comment to this thread is: Mark and Don have both done a fine job, both in the set-up of the site, and the explanation of the reasoning behind both the "privacy" issue and the equipment contact issue. Don said it better than I. Today I received an email in my personal site, from RWBTC, directed to "equipment". So the system works. The email was not from Mr. Ward, but someone else. I have their phone number and will contact them to handle their request. Nuff said.
