Bikecoach.com is designed to promote active lifestyles with particular emphasis on the sport of cycling. We provide a variety of services to residents in the Redlands area and elsewhere. For our local customers we have a fitness studio where we offer performance indoor cycling classes, spin classes, as well as sports fitness, and a senior fitness program. We also provide personal training and coaching, precision bike fitting. Our coaches teach cycling skills sessions, cycling etiquette, and mentor group rides. These services are tailored for individuals, groups and ability levels and we understand that you are an individual with your own goals and limitations. This is why we offer a wide range of programs so that we can meet your needs. We can help guide you whether you are looking to build confidence and safety, maintain general fitness, or are trying to make a professional career out of cycling.


Rachael Wilson
Owner Bikecoach Fitness Studio - AFFA, Personal Trainer and Group Instructor, Level 1 USACycling Coach with Distinction, Certified Skills Instructor, F.I.S.T. Certified Road and Tri Bike Fit, NICA coach.

Rachael has been road and mountain bike riding, touring, and racing since 1981. She has a bachelor’s degree in studio art with a minor in psychology from UC Davis and has been teaching since 1990. She began mentoring cyclists on the UC Davis collegiate cycling team in the early ‘90s. She has taught ceramics for 25 years, and for the past 14 years she has been a certified spin instructor, personal trainer, and coach for cyclists of all abilities and ages. In addition she is a Certified Skills Instructor for the USACycling Beginning Racer Program and does bike fitting with a Purely Custom fit tool that is in the BikeCoach Fitness studio.



Sean Wilson, PhD
Sean began riding in 1979 and racing in 1981 as a 15 year old junior, turning professional in 1985 and racing domestically in the United States. He has been coaching since 1992 and is currently a Level 1 USACycling Coach with Distinction. He is an Associate Professor of Physiology and Pharmacology at Loma Linda University School of Medicine where he teaches and performs cardiovascular and respiratory physiology research. As his cycling and academic background suggests, his coaching techniques are derived from blending intimate knowledge of basic physiological principles with real-world experience.
