"For the upcoming Patriot Ride and Wounded Warrior Project Fundraiser Celebration, I want to forward you the final event details so that anyone participating from the Redlands Water Bottle Transit Crew has all of the info. Some event details follow:
Friday is the Wounded Warrior Project Fundraiser Celebration, we have procured an area at Stell Coffee and Tea to host this event and will be enjoying the festivities from 5:30pm to 7:30pm as we prepare for the Patriot Ride on Saturday.
As of right now, our community has raised over $1,200.00 toward the $2,000.00 goal, which is amazing! I am humbled and incredibly appreciative of all of the folks in town that have donated to get us so close to our fundraising goal. If any of your members are veterans or direct relatives of veterans (Mom, Dad, Son, Daughter, Brother or Sister), they are welcome to contact me directly via email (bmculloch838@yahoo.com) as I would like to recognize them for their service on Friday night.
As for Saturday at the Patriot Ride, we have two ride leaders at this time, I will be leading a group on the 100mile route, while my wife Joy will be leading a group on the 50mile route. We are expecting groups of 15 or so riders in each of the groups and would like to make sure the RWBTC crew are invited to join us. I would like to have a head count for how many folks would like to ride with us on Saturday.
