Century, Metric Century and Half Century

This is a member only event.

The 6th Annual “Oceanside Overnight” Club Ride is scheduled for September 21-22. We have a hotel, we have routes, we have ride leaders, we have a Sunday route, and we are going to have fun.

Russell Cammell will lead the Century ride from the Riverside Downtown Metrolink Station. The Metric-Century will begin after a short Metrolink ride to the Orange station. The Half Century, led by Carol Montag, will begin from the Tustin Metrolink Station.

Bill Green has again volunteered to be our driver and he will meet everyone at the Riverside Downtown Metrolink Station to receive your “overnight bag” and transport it to the hotel in Oceanside.

For those not planning on staying overnight, the Saturday train departs the Oceanside Metrolink Station at 4:28 PM for your return to Riverside.

We have made reservations for those wishing to dine Saturday night at the Oceanside Broiler. Other options may be found at the Oceanside Harbor, a short quarter mile away featuring Joe’s Crab Shack, Rockin’ Baja Lobster, Dominic's Italian Restaurant, Rising Sun Sushi Harbor, or Tony’s Sports Bar and Grill as your dining choices. Downtown Oceanside is about a mile and a quarter away for the more adventurous.

Bill will take your overnight bag from you at the hotel on Sunday and he will meet us at the Riverside Downtown Metrolink Station upon your return on the train arriving at 4:39 PM.

Accommodations

Our accommodations are once again at the Holiday Inn Oceanside Camp Pendleton. You need to make your reservations by August 21st to secure the Club pricing.

A Sponsoring membership is a supporting membership.
A sponsoring member is a patron, a benefactor, a member who wishes to give a little more than regular dues to show their support of the Club.

NOTE: RWBTC Membership is by calendar year beginning January 1 through December 31 with dues due and payable in January. A discount of $10 is offered for early renewal before December 31. Members renewing after December 31 but before February 15 will pay the regular rate. Any member whose membership has lapsed will pay the New Membership rate. The renewal period begins once your login shows your renew icon, typically after November 1 of the current membership year. New, expired Members, or current Individual Members changing to another member type (e.g., Family Membership) joining before November 1, your membership will expire on December 31 of the current year.
